The Challenge & Our Approach

Avran Studio approached us when they were just getting started. The team had strong production capabilities and a great product—premium ethnicwear for men—but lacked experience in e-commerce, brand storytelling, and digital marketing. At the time, the brand was generating just 10–12 orders per month through its website. In a space crowded with established players like Myntra and Nykaa Fashion, scaling a new D2C menswear brand online—with limited resources—was going to be a challenge. Our task was clear: scale the brand sustainably without burning money. We approached it like long-term partners, not just service providers. Strategic Performance Marketing: We launched full-funnel campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, but we didn’t rely on shallow messaging or visual gimmicks. Instead, we leaned into real consumer pain points. We identified common issues men face with ethnicwear—saggy pockets, collar rashes from harsh fabrics, and sweat patches. These everyday annoyances became creative hooks that made Avran’s products feel instantly relevant and differentiated. The ads consistently highlighted the brand’s premium fabric quality, clean tailoring, and versatile looks, helping it stand out in a sea of generic festivewear. Creative with Intent: Our content strategy was designed to build both aspiration and trust. In addition to clean, sharp creatives, we produced behind-the-scenes factory content showing the actual craftsmanship behind each kurta—from the artisans to the stitching process. This built credibility, showcased the brand’s roots, and gave audiences a reason to believe in the quality beyond just claims. Website Revamp + CRO: We completely overhauled the website to match the brand's premium positioning. The new design offered improved navigation, optimized product storytelling, and a smoother checkout experience—resulting in higher conversions and a better first impression. Business & Brand Consulting: Beyond creative and performance, we partnered with the founders to help them define the brand's long-term direction. We consulted on product and category expansion, brand-building decisions, and ways to increase bottomline margins.
